This regulation requires VIM and MYH10 filaments, and the helicase DHX9. Subunit: Interacts (via the HTH domain) with VIM/vimentin.Interacts (via C-terminus) with non-muscle myosin MYH10. Interacts (via C-terminus) with DHX9. Subcellular Location: Cytoplasm. Nucleus. Shuttles between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. Tissue Specificity: Expressed in numerous tissues.
