| 保存条件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 单核细胞增生李斯特菌 (L.monocytogenes) Listeria广泛分布于自然界，在环境中无处不在,在绝大多数食品中都能找到李斯特菌,主要污染肉类、蛋类、禽类、海产品、乳制品、蔬菜等食品引发食物中毒。新生儿、高龄孕妇和免疫力低下者易感染，主要引起脑膜炎和败血症，死亡率较高。美国、英国、加拿大等国多次爆发由该菌污染空心菜、奶酪等引起食物中毒，病死率达30％。很多国家都已经采取措施来控制食品中的李斯特菌，并制定了相应的标准。 |
