| 保存条件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: IL18R Beta is an accessory subunit of the heterodimeric receptor for IL18. This protein enhances the IL18 binding activity of IL18R1 (IL1RRP), a ligand binding subunit of IL18 receptor. The coexpression of IL18R1 and IL18R Beta is required for the activation of NF-kappaB and MAPK8 (JNK) in response to IL18. Function: Required for the high affinity binding of interleukin 18 (IL-18) to its receptor complex. Together with IL18R1 mediates IL-18-dependent activation of NF-kappa-B and JNK. Subunit: Together with IL18R1, probably belongs to the IL-18 receptor complex. Seems not to interact directly with IL-18. Subcellular Location: Membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein. Tissue Specificity: Strongly expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes, spleen, lung, and, to a lesser extent, in colon, but not in any other tissue tested. Strongly expressed in T-cells polarized with IL-12. Specifically coexpressed with IL18R1 in Th1 cells. Similarity: Belongs to the interleukin-1 receptor family. Contains 2 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains. Contains 1 TIR domain.
