| 保存条件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: FAF1 (Fas-associated protein factor 1) specifically interacts with the cytoplasmic domain of wild type, but not mutated, Fas in both yeast and mammalian cells. It is transiently expressed in T cells and potentiates Fas-induced apoptosis. FAF1 lacks a DDH (Death domain homologous region), in contrast to TRADD, FADD, and RIP, and cannot induce apoptosis independent of Fas activation. Fas associated factor 1; CGI ; FAF1 protein; Fas (TNFRSF6) associated factor 1; FAS associated factor 1; FLJ37524; hFAF1; HFAF1s; Protein FAF1; TNFRSF6 associated factor 1. Function: Potentiates but cannot initiate FAS-induced apoptosis. Subunit: Specifically interacts with the cytoplasmic domain of FAS. Interacts with NLRP12 DAPIN/PYRIN domain via its UBA domain. Subcellular Location: Nucleus. Tissue Specificity: Most abundant in testis, slightly less abundant in skeletal muscle and heart, followed by prostate, thymus, ovary, small intestine, and colon. Not detected in the peripheral blood leukocytes. Similarity: Contains 1 UBA domain. Contains 1 UBX domain.
