FASCIN-G2 is a potent, selective and bioavailable small molecule that inhibits the actin-bundling activity of fascin with Kd ~5-20 μM. It specifically blocks filopodial formation, tumour cell migration and invasion in vitro. , FASCIN-G2 showed very good in vivo efficacy in 4T1 mammary tumour metastasis model and in MDA-MB-231 human breast tumour metastasis model. |
