Subunit: Binds to PDZK1. Interaction with PDZK1 is required for expression on hepatocyte surface. Subcellular Location: Basolateral cell membrane Tissue Specificity: Highly expressed in liver and kidney, and at lower levels in brain, lung, skeletal muscle and proximal colon.
