Normal bovine serum. Whole serum is obtained from non-immunized (preimmune) healthy dogs. The serum is clarified through a 0.45 micron low protein binding filter. 成牛血清经无菌采集、分离、微孔过滤后而成。本产品无支原体、无牛病毒、无噬毒体、内毒素含量低于1EU/ml，适用于细胞、组织器官培养、细胞株保藏、单抗研制，是医院、科研院校、动物疫苗、生物制药厂家重要培养基之一。 保存于-10℃至-30℃，有效期5年。 |
