Polink-2 plus®是美国GBI公司推出的系列超敏二步法免疫组化检测试剂，它将二抗抗体分子的单价Fab片段和酶聚合在一起，替代传统方法中的二抗和三抗，直接放大抗原抗体结合的信号，既保留了抗体特异性结合抗原的能力，又可有效的避免聚合分子过大而造成的空间位阻。本产品可用于检测小鼠一抗，与传统的SP三步法相比，此试剂盒具有简单、快速、敏感等特点，因为系统中不再使用生物素，所以避免了由于内源性生物素所造成的背景染色。本品独特的Polymer Helper有利于大分子的检测系统更好的结合所检测的一抗分子，此检测系统是目前已知的灵敏度最高的系列免疫组化检测系统。 此系统比生物素-链酶卵白素的检测系统灵敏度提高数倍，所以应适当调整一抗的使用浓度。 |
