Primary: Anti-Flag Tag (bsm-33346M) at 1/5000 ~ 1/100000 dilution
Secondary: IRDye800CW Goat Anti-Mouse IgG at 1/20000 dilution
Predicted band size: 41 kDa
Observed band size: 45 kDa
20 ng Recombinant human TNFSF13B protein (HEK293)，N-hFc-Flag (bs-43132P) per lane probed with Flag Tag monoclonal antibody respectively, unconjugated (bsm-33346M) at 1:50000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by corresponding conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
