ZNF800 (zinc finger protein 800) is a 664 amino acid protein that belongs to the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and contains seven C2H2-type zinc fingers. Localizing to the nucleus, ZNF800 is thought to play a role in transcriptional regulation and is encoded by a gene that maps to human chromosome 7q31.33. Function: May be involved in transcriptional regulation. Subcellular Location: Nucleus. Similarity: Belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. Contains 7 C2H2-type zinc fingers.
