LEPREL2 belongs to a family of collagen prolyl hydroxylases required for proper collagen biosynthesis, folding, and assembly. Function: Has prolyl 3-hydroxylase activity catalyzing the post-translational formation of 3-hydroxyproline in -Xaa-Pro-Gly-sequences in collagens, especially types IV and V (By similarity). Subcellular Location: Endoplasmic reticulum. Tissue Specificity: Weak expression in heart, lung, ovary and skeletal muscle. Similarity: Belongs to the leprecan family. Contains 1 Fe2OG dioxygenase domain. Contains 4 TPR repeats. Gene ID: 10536 |

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (rat skeletal muscle); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with (LEPREL2) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-6068R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit(Rabbit) (sp-0023) instructionsand DAB staining.
