产品介绍 Sodium/bile acid cotransporters are integral membrane glycoproteins that participate in the enterohepatic circulation of bile acids. Two homologous transporters are involved in the reabsorption of bile acids, one absorbing from the intestinal lumen, the bile duct, and the kidney with an apical localization(SLC10A2; MIM 601295), and the other being found in the basolateral membranes of hepatocytes (SLC10A1).[supplied by OMIM]

Function:
The hepatic sodium/bile acid uptake system exhibits broad substrate specificity and transports various non-bile acid organic compounds as well. It is strictly dependent on the extracellular presence of sodium.

NTCP(钠离子/牛磺胆酸共转运蛋白)(钠离子-牛磺胆酸共转运多肽)Na+/taurocholate Cotransporting Polypeptide是 肝脏的胆汁酸盐吸收主要是钠离子依赖性转运子NTCP介导的,主要吸收牛磺胆酸,是肝细胞特有的一种转运载体,分布在肝细胞基侧膜在肝小叶和肝的腺泡表达较多。
有学者认为:NTCP是乙肝病毒的细胞表面受体分子,是HBV和HDV的功能受体,这些研究将有待于科研人员的进一步证实。
