人巨细胞病毒(human cytomegalovirus，HCMV)也称人疱疹病毒5型(human herpesvirus 5，HHV5)，属B疱疹病毒亚科。HCMV是人类先天性病毒感染的最常见病原之一，可致感染患儿中枢神经系统受累、多器官损害、智力低下或耳聋等；在正常健康人中可引起单核细胞增多症；在免疫缺陷者如器官移植受者、获得性免疫缺陷综合征患者及癌症患者中可引起严重的感染，甚至致死。该病毒蛋白的亚型为：HHV5 UL23。 |
