Rabbit  Anti-ADRB3/beta 3 Adrenergic Receptor/APC
Cat. Number:
bs-10921R-APC
Quantity size:
100ul
Concentration:
1mg/ml  Buffer = 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
Background:
beta 3 Adrenergic Receptor is located mainly in adipose tissue and is involved in the regulation of lipolysis and thermogenesis. Beta adrenergic receptors are involved in the epenephrine and norepinephrine-induced activation of adenylate cyclase through the action of G proteins. beta 3 Adrenergic Receptor expression has been documented in adipose tissues, heart, and in smooth muscle of digestive and urinary tract organs (bladder, colon, small intestine, stomach, ureter). Utilization of alternate promoters and/or 3-prime untranslated regions may result in tissue-specific regulation of the expression of this protein.
Also known as:
beta 3 Adrenergic Receptor; beta3-adrenergic receptor; beta3-AR; adrenergic; beta-3- receptor; ADR B3; ADRB 3; ADRB3; ADRB3R; Adrenergic beta 3 receptor; B3AR; Beta 3 adrenoceptor; Beta 3 adrenoreceptor; Beta 3AR; B3AR; BETA3AR; ADRB3_HUMAN.
Specificity:
Rabbit Polyclonal IgG, affinity purified by Protein A.
Reacts with: (predicted: )
Immunogen: KLH conjugated synthetic peptide derived from human beta 3 Adrenergic Receptor.
Predicted Molecular Weight: 44kDa.
Storage:
0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
