Rabbit  Anti-BCMP11/AP
Cat. Number:
bs-6508R-AP
Quantity size:
100ul
Concentration:
1mg/ml  Buffer = 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
Background:
AGR3 is a secreted extracellular protein. It is a member of the anterior gradient homolog family. AGR3 shares a high degree of sequence homology with AGR2, the human ortholog of XAG-2 (the secreted Xenopus laevis Anterior Gradient protein). AGR3 interacts with lypd3 and ?dystroglycan. AGR3 is highly prevalent in breast cancers and may serve as a potential therapeutic marker.
Also known as:
AG-3; AG3; Agr3; AGR3_HUMAN; Anterior gradient 3, xenopus, homolog of; Anterior gradient homolog 3; Anterior gradient homolog 3 (Xenopus laevis); anterior gradient protein 3; Anterior gradient protein 3 homolog; BCMP11; Breast cancer membrane protein 11; Gm888; hAG 3; hAG-3; HAG3; PDIA18; Protein disulfide isomerase family A member 18.
Specificity:
Rabbit Polyclonal IgG, affinity purified by Protein A.
Reacts with: (predicted: )
Immunogen: KLH conjugated synthetic peptide derived from human BCMP11/AGR3 (83-125aa).
Predicted Molecular Weight: 17kDa.
Storage:
0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. Store at -20 癈 for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20癈. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 癈.
Application:

Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
